Since 2012, the Bachelor degree programs at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Sarajevo have received an international certificate from the accreditation agency for study programs ASIIN from Germany, with which this accreditation agency confirms that the Bachelor degree programs in the fields of automatics and electronics, power engineering, computing and informatics and telecommunications in terms of content and method of execution are fully consistent with the norms of higher education valid in the European Union.

The Faculty of Electrical Engineering passed the same type of accreditation in 2018, so the accreditation was continued for the period until 2024.
